The Shed will now also be a 24/7 gym! Finally offering memberships to the community! The Shed is a private boutique style gym offering tons of equipment, cardio. personal training and Peloton bikes!  The facility is extremely clean has air conditioning and heat. Plenty of parking!  We are growing and trying to add all the best amenities to accommodate our clients.

The Shed is a unique concept built for Personal Trainers. The Trainers rent the facility to help grow their business without fees and percentages. 


Finally, a place were Personal Trainers can prosper! They have the freedom to design awesome programs and packages to fit the client's needs.


We have a 24 hour camera security system. All the trainers are CPR Certified and have personal training insurance. We want to make sure our clients feel safe and comfortable during their session.

The Shed concept was created by owner Shannon Pugh to help Personal Trainers grow their business. She is passionate about helping people see their worth.  The mission is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. The  trainers all have different methods to provide a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. We aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

The trainers will build you a  unique program to help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.

This session is designed to help you understand weight training. Many people do not lift weights because they don't know how to start. What is a set? What do you mean reps? This is a one time session that will really help you understand how to get started on your journey.
